Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of the order being received.

If you ever need anything shipped urgently we are always here to help and will do whatever we can to assist so get in touch via our contact us page and we will see what we can do.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us at bibish.jp@gmail.com to arrange within 14 days of purchase . Please do not return anything to us without prior approval.

The cost of return postage for faulty or incorrect items (not what was ordered) will be reimbursed by Bibish upon receipt and inspection of the return.

A copy of the shipping receipt should be emailed to bibish.jp@gmail.com for reimbursement to be processed.

 

If a faulty item is returned along with exchanges or change of mind returns this does not apply.

 

The cost of return postage for any other reason is at the customers expense and should a replacement be required additional shipping will be charged.

A replacement will be offered on all faulty or incorrect products returned unworn and unused, with all tags/packaging still attached and intact.  

 

Should a replacement not be available a refund will be offered.

 

A store credit will be offered for change of mind or where the incorrect size was ordered. No refunds will be provided in these situations.  

 

We don't offer exchanges as additional shipping needs to be charged so if an exchange is wanted, a store credit will be issued and you may place a new order for the replacement items using the code given.  

 

The customer will be notified via email upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) to advise

once the return has been finalised and store credit has been issued.
